Yes, it is safe when carried out by our trained specialists. A full ear‑candling session takes approximately 60 minutes, and it may be repeated about once a month for best results.
How long does cupping take, is it safe, and how often can I receive it?

Cupping therapy is safe when performed by our qualified therapists. A session typically lasts 30–45 minutes, and—depending on your condition—it can be scheduled as often as once a week.
I have a surgical incision—may I still receive a massage?

Please wait at least six months after surgery before booking a massage, as your body needs time to heal. Even between six months and one year post‑operation, the therapist will avoid the surgical area entirely. Kindly inform us of any recent procedures so we can tailor your treatment safely.
Can I have a massage while menstruating?

Yes, you may receive a massage during your period, but the abdominal area will be avoided. If you experience menstrual cramps, we recommend adding an herbal compress treatment for soothing relief.
